Timesheet Templates

The format/design of the Timesheet and Expense windows found in the Employee and Manager Self Service can be defined using this window.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • A template must be designed and allocated before employees can access Timesheets and Expense in Self Service.
  • Filters can be applied to further control the layout of fields within the Timesheet and Expense windows that will be available to employees.
  • When an employee opts to have a summary print out of the Timesheet and/or Expense records for submission, a PDF report of the records will be linked in the approval email/alert that is sent to the manager or admin.
